UO sheer cottage core top

Urban Outfitters top with a Peter Pan collar that has a lace trim and flower embroidery, short puff sleeves with an elasticated cuff, a bow at the neckline and a smocked waist. The material is very sheer and soft. This top still has its original tags on and retails new for $59 = R1121. Labeled as a size small but fits a medium perfectly as well.
